People on vacation expect to be entertained. On a recent trip to the Alaska Sea Life Center in Seward, I stood beneath a giant glass plate, gawking sympathetically at fellow mammals swimming neurotic circles within their confines. I realized they could use some entertainment.
I love all animals. Their life style at the aquarium is not devastating, and having animals like these on display is an excellent opportunity to educate the citizens of the world about the importance of living responsibly among nature. People stand in front of this window every day. Wouldn’t it be interesting if each person thought of themselves as the entertainer?
